Introducing Customer Portal (beta)

Introducing Customer Portal (beta)

ATLAS ETRM now includes a Customer Portal, currently in closed beta, a dedicated web app where your counterparties can securely access their own data.

Passwordless Access: Authorised users sign in with a one-time code sent to their email — quick, secure, and hassle-free.

What Counterparties Can See: Once logged in, users get a clean, read-only view of everything that relates to them:

  • A personalised analytics dashboard on the home screen

  • Their Master Agreements and Orders

  • Their connected Assets and Data Panels

  • Contacts and Documents associated with their entity

All data sections support filtering, search, and export to Excel or CSV.

Fully Branded: Set up the portal with your organisation's name, logo, and brand colours directly from the Administration screen — and preview exactly how it looks before going live.

You're in Control: As an ETRM user, you decide which dashboards and data are visible in the portal. Everything else stays hidden from your counterparties.

Improvements

  • Timeseries data works more reliably at fine granularities: When working with timeseries collected at 1-minute intervals or finer, date groupings and time zone labels now display correctly, including on exported files.

  • Forward market data loads faster: Data requests for forward markets now run in parallel, so pages load noticeably quicker when you're working with multiple portfolios.

  • Forecasting models now trained more intelligently: The load forecasting pipeline now uses the most recent data as its test window, and evaluates multiple training subsets to keep only the best-performing model — resulting in predictions that better reflect current conditions.

Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where filtered grid exports were including all columns instead of only the selected ones, and custom field values were not formatted correctly on export.

  • Fixed an issue where changing the date range in a grid was clearing the view that was loaded.

  • Fixed server-side grid properties for Counterparty and Company columns in the Orders grid, which were not rendering correctly.
