The Math Editor now supports reusable templates, allowing users to define calculation logic once and invoke it as a named function across any expression in the platform. Configure the input parameters, write the expression, and once synchronised, the template becomes immediately available inside the Math Editor — called by name, with inputs passed as arguments.
Any update to a template is automatically reflected in all future executions that use it, so formula changes are managed in one place rather than tracked down across multiple expressions.
Templates are particularly well suited for recurring analytical patterns such as:
Pricing indexation formulas — define once, apply across all contracts that share the same methodology.
Operational KPIs — capacity factor calculations, forecasting performance, or availability metrics applied consistently across assets and reporting periods.
FeaturesDeal-Linked Timeseries Protection — Timeseries connected to active deals are now read-only, ensuring that underlying data cannot be inadvertently modified and preserving the integrity of deal calculations.
[MDMS] Usage Transaction Bulk Processing — Users can now select multiple entities simultaneously when initiating usage transactions, with a real-time progress indicator showing the status of each submission. This significantly reduces the time required to process large volumes of transactions.
BI Snapshot Job Naming — The BI snapshot job now supports dynamic date-based variables (year, month, day) in file prefix and suffix fields, making it easier to organise and identify exported files by period.
ImprovementsBidding Strategy Portfolio Persistence — When switching markets or creating a new execution, the previously selected portfolio is now retained and automatically reapplied if available, eliminating the need to reselect it each time.
Dispatching Screen Usability — The Dispatching Executions page has been updated with clearer labels, standardised date/time formatting (DD-MM-YYYY HH:MM), quarter-hour aligned time selectors, and contextual hints to guide users through the execution configuration workflow.
Dashboard Ownership Controls — The option to toggle a dashboard between public and private is now restricted to the dashboard owner, preventing unintended visibility changes by other users.
Market Data API Reliability — The electricity market data API has been upgraded to handle concurrent data requests more efficiently, reducing the likelihood of timeouts during high-volume data retrieval operations.
Job Execution Status Display — The tooltip shown when hovering over a job's status in the Job Executions screen has been simplified, removing verbose internal text for a cleaner user experience.
Data Room Enhancements — The Data Room module has been updated with improved collection views, chart configuration options, and overall usability refinements across key pages including Math Editor and Offer Curves.
FixesFixed an issue where delivery start and end times on XBID contracts were not always populated before broadcast after ETSS outage.
Fixed an issue where date inputs in dashboard widgets were not correctly accounting for time-zone differences.
Fixed an issue where certain entity types in the Data Room were not correctly mapped.
