When selecting the “System Standing Data” a drop-down menu with several sub-options is displayed. The System Standing Data comprises data that is not changed frequently by the user, i.e. the list of generating thermal units, the technical / operational data of the generating units, the list of interconnections, etc. Each time one of the standing data changes (e.g., every 6 months or one year), the user can navigate in the standing data and change it accordingly, as instructed in the following subsections. The types of data that correspond to each of these options are described in the following sub-sections.
In the "Exit Points" page the gas transmission system exit points are presented, with their specific features. User can create a new exit point by pressing the “+” button at the upper-left side of the window. Then, a pop-up window opens, where the user can insert the data and details of the new exit-point:
Name: User should provide the name of the exit point
Greek Name: Insert the same name in Greece
Entity Code: Insert the code of the exit point (optional)
Type: Choose above the 4 different types of exit point (DENT, IND, UNIT, Exports)
Valid From: The start of validity for the exit point
Valid To: User may insert the end of validity
Memo: A short note for easy identification
Additionally, it should be defined the geographical point (Name, Latitude, Longitude) and the gas transportation zone where the exit point is located (e.g., North, South) and its validity date.

To edit a present exit point you can click the "pencil icon" in actions area. The system does not support delete of an exit point by user, but we can stop the validity with a past date at "Valid To" field.
