POST /api/Entity/GetCoreEntitiesByNameOrIds

Returns core entities of the given type by exact names or ids, or all entities when both are empty. "names" is a list of exact names (it replaces the former comma-separated "name" string). "limit" defaults to 50 and is applied downstream together with "offset" for paging; 0 no longer means unlimited.
