POST /api/SpotOrders/GetOrdersByDateRangeCsv
Returns saved Hybrid, Block, XBID, and nomination orders whose dispatch day is within the requested range, as a compact CSV instead of a JSON array, for the MCP server. Balancing, reserve, and forecast orders are excluded.
