POST /api/SpotOrders/PostHybridOrders
Creates or updates the supplied Hybrid or Stepwise order values. Bidding resolves read-only market schedules, bidding-zone price limits, and internal identifiers before validating and saving. A row whose first step has a null value removes the matching saved order for that entity, period, side, market, and day. This saves orders only; call SubmitOrders separately to send them to the exchange.
