The Customer Portal is a secure, web-based application that extends ATLAS ETRM to external counterparties. It provides customers with controlled access to information maintained in ATLAS, allowing them to securely view and, where permitted, contribute data related to their organization.
Instructions for external users are provided separately through the Customer Portal Help Center.
The portal is fully configurable by the ATLAS administrator. Administrators define the portal branding, select the analytics dashboard presented to users, determine which business data is visible, and configure which data can be modified by portal users.
Depending on the configured permissions, portal users may access dashboards, business documents, assets, timeseries data, orders, contacts, and other information relevant to their organization. For selected timeseries categories, users may also upload or replace timeseries values directly through the portal.
The Customer Portal is designed to support secure collaboration between organizations while ensuring that each counterparty can access only the information explicitly made available to them.
This chapter explains how administrators configure and manage the Customer Portal within ATLAS ETRM, including its appearance, user access, data visibility and editing permissions.
The functionality available to each portal user depends on the configuration defined within ATLAS ETRM. As a result, some features described in the Customer Portal Help Center may not be available to every user.
