The Customer Portal configuration page controls the branding, dashboard content and data made available through the Customer Portal. It also provides direct access to the related settings that determine what individual portal users can view or manage.
Instructions for external users are provided separately through the Customer Portal Help Center.
The Branding section defines the visual identity of the portal.
Brand Name: Organisation name displayed on the login page and in the portal header.
Logo URL: URL of the logo displayed in the portal.
