Overview of Fees
12. Fees

The Fees section allows users to define and manage fee types that can be applied to deals.

Fees represent additional cost components (e.g. commissions, tariffs, charges) that are associated with transactions.

Users can create, edit, and delete fee definitions.

Each fee includes:

  • Type of Fee – defines how the fee is applied (per unit or percentage),

  • Name – unique identifier of the fee,

  • VAT (%) – applicable tax percentage,

  • Broker Fee – indicates whether the fee is related to broker services.

Defined fees are available for selection within the Deal Capturing process (Portfolio Management → Deal Capturing), where they can be applied to pricing and cost structures.
